Eight write-ups of the work behind the job title: networks, migrations, security operations, identity, automation, troubleshooting, and Nexus, the product I build on my own time. Each one covers the problem, the environment, what I did, the decisions behind it, and what is verified.
Customer names, addresses, tenants and ticket details are left out on purpose. Results that are not yet confirmed are marked as such rather than claimed.
